Kelsie Patton, LCSW (she/her)

Kelsie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a passion for working with teens and adults. As a passionate, decolonized trauma therapist, Kelsie is committed to creating a safe and affirming space for adolescents and adults, especially within the LGBTQIA+ community.

With a strong understanding of the intersectionality of identities, her therapeutic approach is grounded in somatic principles, anti-racism, relational dynamics, and a humanistic-centered perspective. Somatic therapy forms the center of her practice, acknowledging the mind-body connection as a tool for healing and self-discovery.

Kelsie creates a space where clients can engage in a holistic healing process that goes beyond traditional talk therapy.


Kelsie’s therapeutic stance is firmly rooted in anti-racist principles, recognizing the profound impact of systemic oppression on mental health. She is committed to dismantling these structures within the therapeutic space, fostering an environment where clients can navigate their unique experiences without judgment. By integrating a relational and humanistic approach, she prioritizes the cultivation of a strong therapeutic alliance, built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. Together, you can navigate the complexities of your lived experiences and work towards a more authentic and liberated sense of self.

Kelsie cultivates a practice that emphasizes the importance of a body-mind connection through Brainspotting, IFS parts work, somatic embodiment, breath-work, decolonized and anti-racist framework that encourages stored bodily trauma to process and release. 

Kelsie works with individual teens, young adults and adults who are facing / have faced challenges including:


  • Master of Social Work and Social Research from Bryn Mawr College of Social Work (MSW/MSSW equivalent)  
  • Bachelors of Social Work from Eastern University 
  • Brainspotting Phase 1
  • 200 hr RYT Alignment Based Yoga Clinician 
  • Play Therapy  
  • Sand Tray Therapy


Sessions are base on the standard 50-minute therapy hour.

  • 50 min (1-hr) Individual Therapy Session: $145
  • 90 min (1.5-hr) Individual Therapy Session: $215
