Tozia Ware, Ed.S (he/him)

Tozia (TAH-zah), is a Pre-Licensed Therapist with a Master of Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a trauma-informed focus from Middle Tennessee State University. Tozia’s journey toward becoming a therapist began in a small middle Tennessee town. Seeing the effects of trauma in his own family, he became inspired to heal his community from within. Tozia believes we all have intrinsic tools to heal, but life’s unique challenges and stressors may block our access to this inner wisdom.

He completed his clinical training at the Nashville OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and Mindfulness Techniques, uniquely positioning him to treat BIPOC with OCD. Working from a multicultural lens, Tozia continues to work to reduce healthcare and mental health disparities for marginalized communities. Tozia is also interested in supporting clients who use psychedelic medicine by helping them prepare for and integrate
their psychedelic experiences to promote positive outcomes.
