A Collaborative and Holistic Approach to Healing
We are a collective of trauma-trained therapists committed to a collaborative and holistic approach to healing. By combining our diverse expertise and techniques, we create a supportive environment that fosters growth and learning.
We like to think of ourselves as a collective group of private practice therapists that all have one really cool thing in common… our love of Trauma work!
We extend an invitation to any trauma-trained therapists who are looking for a warm and welcoming team to join. If you are passionate about trauma and want to work alongside like-minded professionals, we would love to connect with you!
This Could Be A Good Fit For Someone Who:
- Works outside of Nashville and would like to add a second location
- Works for an agency and wants to supplement income and see clients individually
- Wants to work part-time or full-time, without all the stress and overhead cost of starting a private practice
Contract Therapists Enjoy These Benefits When They Join Our Network:
- Shared Resources: Shared administrative support, marketing, and office space, reducing individual overhead costs.
- Collaboration & Support: Working with other professionals allows for collaboration, idea exchange, and peer support. This can enhance your therapeutic skills and provide a safety net for challenging cases.
- Referral Network: Being part of a group often leads to a steady stream of referrals from fellow therapists, expanding your client base.
- Specialization: You can focus on your specific areas of expertise while referring clients to colleagues who may have different specializations, enhancing client care.
- Discounts on Continuing Education Trainings and workshops offered by Groundwork Trauma Education
- Professional Development: Opportunities for ongoing skill development and consultation, fostering continuous learning
- Work-Life Balance: Choose part-time or full-time. No “numbers-driven” expectations.
- Increased Client Trust: Clients may feel more comfortable in a group setting, knowing they have access to multiple professionals and expertise.
- Reduced Isolation: Working in a group can alleviate feelings of loneliness that some solo practitioners experience, providing a sense of community.
