Meet Paige!
Graduate Counseling Intern | Person-Centered & Attachment-Based Clinician
Paige believes that life rarely fits into neat categories. Grief and gratitude, hope and uncertainty, joy and pain often exist side by side. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what feels difficult, and reconnect with what matters most.
Before pursuing counseling, Paige spent more than a decade working as a registered nurse. That experience continues to shape her understanding that our emotional, physical, and relational experiences are deeply connected. She approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a belief that healing happens not only through insight, but through feeling seen, understood, and supported.
Her Clinical Focus
As a Korean adoptee, mother of three, and someone who has navigated significant life transitions, Paige brings both personal experience and professional training into her work. She enjoys working with individuals navigating grief and loss, identity development, relationship concerns, anxiety, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences.
How She Works
Paige’s approach is person-centered, attachment-based, and experiential. She values creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater connection with themselves and others.
Outside the Office
Outside of the therapy room, Paige enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, caring for her ever-growing collection of plants, and finding small moments of calm in everyday life.
Paige is currently completing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University and is practicing under the supervision of Melanie Reese, LMFT, CCTP.
Session Rates
- 50 min (1-hr) Therapy Session: $60
- 90 min (1.5-hr) Therapy Session: $90
